National Account Sales & Marketing Manager (3) - Inside Sales
(1 in Milpitas CA; 1 in East Coast, 1 in Southern Regions)
Job Responsibilities:
- Fast-respond to the sales leads through emails and calling back, promptly set the appointments for technical product demo/conference discussion.
- Identify the motivated buyers as the near term customers; and continue working with the future customers applying long term sales strategy to follow up.
- Daily tracking activities and client information in CRM system, report the progress and difficulties of the working accounts in a timely manner. Weekly reportthe progress of the entire account list to the immediate manager; set the monthly revenue targets for the management.
- Ability to plan quarterly / annual quota, and have the drive to exceed the quota.
- Research and understand prospects and clients with their business challenges, compliance, litigation, or server space issues; briefing the technical team before each demo.
- Timely provide with the pricing quote and proposals immediate after each demo, and FTP product download for evaluation.
- Coordinate internal resources, technical team for the technical demo and trial installation, lead and drive the account till the sale is completed.
- Ability to manage over 300+ leads, generate revenue from the leads to meet quota; research and explore fortune 500 companies/large accounts, building and maintaining client relationship.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Consultative and long-term sales approach; strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Two years of B2B sales, media & advertising sales, software or hardware bundle solution sales experience.
- Strong writing skills, articulate but not overwhelmingly over-talk customers on the phone.
- Goal oriented and money driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and to remain calm and organized under pressure, presenting the professionalism and patience to the customers either they choose our products or not.
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientated.
- Ability to structure own work and to multi-task the multiple accounts or projects.
- Strong customer service focus throughout the sales process.
- Flexibility and great attitude to assist customers and internal team members as needed, an attitude to work with the teams.
- Enjoy learning new skills and taking on new challenges.
- To be able to occasionally travel to the tradeshows.
Education: BA/BS degree required.
Sr. Field Engineer/Technical Marketing Manager (3)
Skills and Experience Required:
Three to five years of sales field engineering support experience, or software developing, or QA testing experience. 2+ years working experiences in the following is required - Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange Server, Lotus Notes Domino, MS SharePoint and Oracle. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, Deliver high quality presentations and demonstrations primarily via web-conferencing tools, and ability to articulate and present the MessageSolution products and communicate enterprise customers' technical requirements to MessageSolution product development, R&D/engineering teams.
Education: BA/BS degree required. One of the following professional certifications is preferred: MCSE, MCDBA, MCP, OCP, CLP
Quality Assurance Engineer (2)
(Milpitas, CA).
Skills and Experience Required:
Two to three (2-3) years of software QA testing or software developing experience, or sales field engineering support experience. 2+ years working experiences in the following is required - Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange Server, Lotus Notes Domino, MS SharePoint and Oracle. Experience with QA testing tool Rational Robot or Load Runner preferred but not required.
Education: BA/BS degree required, or high school graduate with 3+ years of field experience. One of the following professional certifications is preferred: MCSE, MCDBA, MCP, OCP, CLP
Senior Software Engineer (1)
(Milpitas, CA).
Skills and Experience Required:
Four to five (4-5) years of software development or sales field engineering support experience. Team leading or project leading experience preferred but not required; Successfully managed projects as the developer using Java programming language; Rich experiences using Web Services, good understanding of XML and XSL, Client/Server distributed Computing and networking, in addition to the experience in Windows environments developing skills such as Windows 2000 and 2003. Some overseas travel may be required.
Education: BA/BS degree required. Fluent in English speaking and writing preferred.
